At Family Podiatry Centre we know how important children’s feet are.
Childhood is the important time for the development in feet. If problems are left untreated it can cause pain, deformities, gait issues and affect their performance in sports. It can also lead to lifelong problems in adulthood in the back, hip, knees and feet.
Lower Limb problems in children are often unnoticed or misdiagnosed as
“Growing Pains”. Signs and symptoms can be subtle and often children can’t describe the pain they are going through.

Our podiatrist will assess your child’s:
- Family History
- General foot check
- Alignment and Gait
- Joint range of motion and muscle strength
- Footwear ( Please bring current footwear e.g. school shoes)
